SINGLE ORIGIN COFFEE LIQUEUR

A COFFEE LIQUEUR LIKE NO OTHER.

Xopa is a unique blend of two of Panama's best exports. ‘Single Origin’ refers to the Caturra coffee we use, grown and roasted near our distillery. We add our own Single Estate rum to create a rich, complex liqueur, made for and by coffee lovers.

We only use the best local ingredients: no flavourings or additives. The only thing you’ll find in a bottle of Xopa is what we grow, brew and distill in the beautiful volcanic highlands of Chiriqui. 100% pure coffee, 100% pure Panamanian rum.

Enjoyed in an espresso martini, straight up or over ice, Xopa is made for those moments when an evening turns into a night to remember.

THE PERFECT MATCH

When looking for the perfect place to start a distillery, Master Distiller Dick Barba was drawn by the unique conditions around the Barú volcano: pure spring water, high altitude and a temperate rainforest climate, where year-round rains drain through rich volcanic soils.

The region also offers perfect growing conditions for some of the world’s best coffee, and he soon had a vision of the perfect combination of the region’s finest ingredients: our Pot-Still craft rum blended with the finest hand-brewed coffee to create a liqueur that embodies the energy of modern Panama.

With a richer, less sweet flavor profile than many other coffee liqueurs, to showcase the delicate roast, this is made for those who really appreciate great coffee.

100% Pure Panama

Unlike many coffee liqueurs, Xopa is made from pure coffee (not coffee flavouring). In this case, 100% Caturra coffee, from local beans hand roasted in the Chiriqui highlands.

The coffee is then blended with premium single origin rum from the Casa Barú distillery in nearby Boquete, made from all-natural ingredients sourced from local farms. The coffee and rum alike benefit from the rich volcanic soil, year-round rainfall and high altitude to give Xopa a taste like no other.
