POT STILL RUM

We make exceptional Single Estate rums. Everything we produce comes from our distillery in Chiriquí, using artisanal sugarcane syrup sourced exclusively from surrounding farms.

Once distilled, we use barrel finishes to add character and complexity to every drop.

We add nothing to our rum - no colouring, sweeteners or fillers - which means that a taste of Casa Barú is a taste of pure Panama.
